America is built upon migrancy and to be concerned with the guys nationality is irrelevant really. He was a legal resident who went mental. Its the easy access to a gun that is the problem. If America would clear it up then there would be less deaths in this manner. It wont happen though...
if there were people in korea saying that every korean tradition was dumb and that they would like it changed to their own liking guess what violence would increase guns would show up and you'd have your own little america over there.
