I don't think about losing, but I don't think about winning either. I assume the other person is in better shape than me, and that I'll have to fight extra hard if I'm going to win, when most of the time, I am the one that's in the better shape.
Dont think about losing, if you lose, or in this case dont contest the mental battle your as good as beat before you start.
