that article must've been written a few years ago b4 the bungles picked up chad johnson carson palmer and their whole defense thru the draft. But yeah from 1990-05 they were horrible. I don't think the browns are the worst team that would have to be the texans. They draft horribly and they're an expansion team to boot. But every sport needs a garabge teamn or two to measure just how much better its great teams are. There's a fine line between parity (every team being so great that every game is competitive and close) and dispairity (every team is so bad that any bum on the street could become a cvhampion in that given sport). I think its in the best interest of every pro sports league that some teams just arent as good as others. I'm not saying they should fix the games so that certain teams lose but i think you know what im saying.
