If you want to really have that body look, do some long distance cardio, like running on a treadmill. The basics is you want to burn your fat. The Bicycle exercise does good for burning the fat around your area.

If you want a six pack or sculpted body, burn fat and then work on your weights(however I don't recommend using weights ever)

Alright, long distance cardio such as running, and basic ab exercises to burn the fat around those areas.

I recommend if you want to really sculpt instead of bulk up your abs, use less weight with more repetitions.

Instead of going 20 reps with 100 pounds on your chest do 100 reps with 20 on your chest or such and such. Trust me it works.
I do my workout at home Starr with dumbbells and cardio like skipping and running im starting to see some tone at side of my stomach so its going good and i lost half an inch on my waist so its going really well won't be long to im at right body fat 10 or 8 ect.

But ribs were hurting yesterday so gotta leave crunches and that for 2 days let myself recover.
