I didnt use anything to get rid of the scarring before. There was a cm line on my forehead but it gradually faded and is now just a faded white mark. My concern is just getting a cyst in a place no more than 4 cm from the last one and within the space of a year. I dont want to be going through with this once a year and on my forehead!

I dont know, I might need to rethink my entire health and lifestyle factors. Im sure not living healthily has contributed...

I am really sorry you all have health problems. I am thankful that I am healthy and we should all be thankful we don't have it worse.

Thats so true, things can always be far worse.

My problem is more cosmetic than serious. More of a forehead vanity issue for me!

    A forehead fetish?!

This is no fetish, I dont like my forehead being ritually cut open once a year!

I will go under the knife on Thursday. A simple sugical procedure, should take no more than 30 minutes. I just wish it was on my back or arm or somewhere else!!

I've also had forehead problems. Pimples though. I don't get pimples much. Almost never on the side of my face. Sometimes on the chin but usually they come one at a time there, easily popped. But my forehead for whatever reason breaks out. Sometimes it's not so bad, sometimes it gets red.

Anyways, that's annoying. But as for actual health, I've gotten better. Ironic really. I was born a bit premature with lung problems. My whole life I've always been short winded at times. But it wasn't athsma, it's basically just that my lungs get overwhelmed very easy. It's a disease but I don't, most of the time it just led to chest infections. They would get me at least once a year, almost everytime in February. Had my last one when I was 14, and from the ages of 6-14, I'd always been involved in some sort of sport whether it be a little bit of boxing, football, wrestling all sorts of things. Well...as of late I've been on a bit of an athletic break And now suddenly, I'm free of these chest infections even though I'm probably in the worst cardio shape I've ever been in. Which isn't bad by any means really, but I'm not sporting any sort of a 6 pack either.

Now as I'm working out progressively more and more and really starting to kick it into high gear again, I feel better then ever really. Went in for a physical just a week ago, doctor said my chest is clearer then ever. And this is after I've taken up a bit of occasional smoking. Makes no sense really.

Glad though as I couldn't live long enough without another chest infection.

the worst bike related injury ive ever seen was when back in the 80s me and my boys used to go take our bikes off ramps and dirt jumps etc and this dude DAVE was going full speed off this big assssss dirt jump like as tall as say a two story house yeah the jumps were that big cuz there was major construction going down in the hood that summer. well anyway he was going full speed ahead on his bike and as he hit the jump his speed momentum was kicked in full throttle as he messed up the footing so as he crash landed the pedal of the bike sliced thru into his shin bone. he then got up off the ground with part of the petal smashed 1/2 way into his leg and with part of his shin bone exposed and broken in pieces

we all kinda toned down the extreme jumpin and rampin from that point on and even were tempted to by those foot pedal straps to secure our footing ahhahahaha but none of us ended up getting them
