yeah....6 pack doesn't mean you have strong abs...it just means you have really low body fat....watch out with the added weight you will increase your waist size a little as well.....but you will have stronger abs.....but you really need someone beating on you with a medicine ball while you're doing sit-ups..not beating per say but whacking you on the down.....
