How was Earthquake 1st introduced to WWF?

I sort of remember this.
EarthQuake was sitting in the stands. He was a plant.
There was a challenge and someone picked Earthquake from the stands to get into the ring.
And thus Earthquake was introduced.
I don't remember nothing else.
