Had a Rib eye Steak the other day cost me £12.99 !!

What a Rip they did'nt even have a plate of chips i had to share with my girl who opted for get this , Brocoli and Bri served in a creamy onion Sauce in Puff Pastry !! All together with the drinks it cost over £25 .

Call me old fashioned I like my food served on a big plate filled to the Brim with lots of other shit not in 3 seperate dishes which i have to reach across and grab whilst every other cunt is helping themselves to my Gear !!

Talk about Poncy wank!

10 oz Rib Eye with French Fries and Salad with French dressing !
The Steak come on a big plate on its own with a Flat Leaf Parsley Sprig ....Wow fucking wee what Genius !!

French Dressing is not just olive oil , vinegar and mustard !!
French Dressing should have a thickness a consistency to it .


My basic French dressing .


A tablespoon of Coursegrain Mustard into a bowl
Add one Egg yolk .
Add Sweated onions
Add Parsley for appearence
Add Add Small Amount of Vinegar

Gently Whisk and taste depending on your preference .

Add Olive oil whisking well remembering to taste .
Add Vinegar if needed .
Add more Olive oil untill it's reached a nice consistency ( your preference )


No need for salt and pepper too many people over season and it's rich in flavour enough .
