I don't think Basilio is underrated at all. Hell, aficianados hold him in higfh esteem. Won more Ring Fight of the Year than Carter has Pills. Carmen was on a very high level for many years.
Guess what I mean to say is round here @ Saddos Basilio is overlooked. Hes rarely mentioned and rarely praised.
