Power-maybe Pac...?
sorry man but that list of yours doesn't mean squat! pound for pound means if they were at any given weight would they beat the rest of the division.

In 1988 Mike Tyson wasn't the fastest, didn't have the best ring awareness, didn't have the best combinations or defense, wasn't the fittest and didn't have the most experience but you could have put Iron Mike in any division and he would have cleaned house.

Floyd looks the part and I belive he has done enough to earn the spot but only because he is a multi division champion, not because he looks pretty against lesser opponents.
Floyd has looked good against just about All of his opponents....its only after he beats them that they become "bums".
Corley,Corrales,JLC,Hernandez,Baldo....all IMO were good fighters.Floyd would beat Pac plain and simple.Pac has a loss in his prime...Floyd doesnt.
Pac gets his 1st title the WBC Flyweight, skips 2 divisions to pick up the IBF/WBO Super Bantamweight titles, moves up another divsion and picks up the IBF/WBA Featherweight titles bla bla bla...

THEN... FOUR & FIVE DIVISIONS higher than his 1st title weight faces Marco Barrera, Juan Marquez, and Eric Morales.

Compared to these 3 all Floyd's Welterweight opponents are bums!
