okay i know where your coming from cuz some of my friends have similar problems. Technique is the key to this lift. your start position should be like your sitting in a chair leaning forward. remember back streight head up. Get your arse down.Originally Posted by bigfellaandy
So you get to the top. On the way down don't bend your knees until the bar has just passed under them. and get your arse down. It's really hard to describe just in words. i do understand the problem your having though.
