No..Trinidad was given the fight by de la hoya .Not the judges..He shouldnt have ran!

As far as it goes...De la hoya COULD have won that fight..He showed he could outbox him.. But he ran and gave away all the rounds trinidad needed but it was the right decision!
I think Oscar had the beating of Tito but let it slip . He couldnt keep up the pace in the later rounds and it allowed Tito to comeback into it and I think Trinidad deserved the win by 1 point based on his effort he put into the championship rounds
Disagree with that if Oscar has dominated most of fight and loses only last couple of rounds Tito deserves to win because he won championship rounds ?? this is boxing you don't give other guy benefit of doubt just because he won championship rounds if you do round by round there is no way on this earth Tito deserved to win.
He didnt only win the championship rounds though . Most of the rounds were pretty close with Oscar running and Tito pressuring . The championship rounds were the only ones clearly dominated by one fighter . . . Tito .

It was nip and tuck in the early rounds . Oscar ,you feel took control in the middle rounds with his boxing but Tito thoroughly dominated all the late exchanges and on my card it was all to fight for going into the 12th and final round . Trinidad wanted it much , much more . Cant remember my exact scorecard round by round but I agreed with commentator Glen Mcrory . Tito by 1 . He was the making the fight and he won his rounds clearly .
