watch tape of yourself. You can pick up things by watching other people and by shadow boxing you can correct thngs and drill them in, but until you watch tape OF YOURSELF, you can't possibly see what you do and don't do in pressure situations.

So next time you spar....every time you spar if you have the means, have someone film your session. Then study them and analyze what you're doing, and what you could have or should have done in various situations. Then your braing wil automatically register the information next time you're in that same situation. you will do it automatically...without thinking. You'll improve exponentially.
