PBF claims to have been the best at Super. Feather BUT he never bothered to face another Champ. I've said this before and I'll say it again my money would have been on 'Popo' Freitas if they would have met around 1999 from what I understand they were suppose to meet but instead PBF opted to face Carlos Gerena instead of a unifying match with 'Popo'....
