Yeah, it was Panama Lewis, who is one of, if not the, biggest piece of shit in the boxing world (and that's saying something!)
Apparently he's only been banned in certain areas, like you said. I actually saw him on TV not too long ago, wearing that stupid fucking hat of his... As you can probably tell, I absolutely loathe the bastard.

Since we're on the subject there is NO DOUBT in my mind that Lewis gave Pryor some type of substance in that bottle.

Judging by his track record, there's no reason to believe he didn't. Which is a shame because Pryor was a great fighter and one crazy MoFo, and this hurts his legacy.
