Could be that they're fighting at a catch weight, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're fighting at cruiserweight. Rico Hoye has been fighting mostly as a light heavy but recently weighed 180 lbs. against a journeyman, probably just to stay busy. Hoye:

We will have to see what weight Kessler comes in at. If he weighs over 175 lbs. I wouldn't be surprised.
