You can do so much with the swiss ball, almost anything really. If you get used to it, it's good for bench pressing and loads of other free weigth routines. But NOT until you reall know how to use it.
I got on it first time otherday and i kept sliding lol i was bloody hopeless but i got used to it in end im only really using it for abs because i got big weights in shed i do them everyday i bought them not long ago.
