How excited are all of you... I can hardly work seeing updates keep flashing accross my screen... This event is gonna be one of those things that you remember where you were, what you were wearing, and what type of beer you were drinking when it occured.

The World Awaits could not have been a better name... Of course "The World Trembles In Antisipation" would have worked too!

I think everyone is pretty much in the same boat...

I have ODLH mid to late KO... But wouldn't be surprised if Floyd took Oscar late and UD'd him! I can't say I "like Floyd"... But man, what a boxer...

The last time I was like this was for the Tito - DLH fight. Even though that fight fell WAAYYYY short of expectations. I still remember where I was (My brothers house), what I was drinking (Heiniken of course) and what I was wearing ( jeans and a black polo shirt I threw away years ago now).

In short, I know what you mean bro CC for you.

if i could only get one wish for this fight it would be for it to live up to the hype, and there is no reason why it can't...

I know alot of casual fans are talking about this in my local and in my work place, its brining boxing back, and a massive fight could make them take interest and realise there are other great fights out there without de la hoya in it.

I am a massive golden boy fan and although i respect floys talents don't like him to much... but given the choice of oscar or floyd winning, i would pick floyd on one condition, himt o win and be a great humble sport about it all... sure enjoy it, but if he could give oscar his props and not go on about how he is the greatest etc etc it would love to see that as he could be great for boxing.

Only if Oscar runs out of gas in a big away and with Floyds great stamina you never know

i don't think floyd has that great stamina he has had before. I kind of notice how his getting slower and his stamina is a bit lacking while he has climb up in weight. at the baldomir fight i didn't think floyd was as quick as usual. I"m not sold on how good floyd can be at 154. I think his not going to be as fast nor will he have that great stamina his had before.

I'm not sure about oscar going 12 either, he does have a history of running out of gas in the championship rounds. But i think having freddy roach will show that oscar has prepared well for 12.

yea floyd doesn't care a big punch, specially now at 154 i doubt he'll have enough power to get oscar in trouble. I doubt he'll overwhelm oscar with his speed either. the weight will be a problem for floyd thats what i think. but lets see in 3 days.
