Surely the easy answer to that one would have been for RJJ to come over here and knock seven shades of s**t out of Nigel Benn, IF he was so superior.

However, having read the first post, and CC hatzz for a good topic, I'm gonna have to agree with CutmeMick's reply to some extent, in that it has to be a huge fight. For me, it has to be Kessler or Taylor, two fighters in their prime and with star status in the boxing world. However, if they can make it in America, then so be it, but if that fight is against Kessler, I'm not totally convinced that it should be in the states. For that one it makes sense that it ought to be in a big stadium event here in Europe.
I'll never turn away from Joe if he does continue to fight second-raters like Manfredo, but it will be a disappointing culmination to his career if it does. So whether it be in the States (probably) or in Europe then he needs to put some effort into compromising to get big fights and make the legacy great.
