eggs and veggies for breakfast (no more than 2 yolks, but as many whites as you want)
Lean meat and veggies (2-3 cups) lunch and dinner with two snacks (fruit, nuts, string cheese, yogurt) inbetween meals.
for Carbs WHOLE GRAIN ONLY (not whole wheat, whole grain)
NO CARBS after 5, no food after 7
Go for a short low impact walk first thing in the morning then eat breakfast half an hour after.
You don't want more than 3 hours max to go by inbetween eating something 2 1/2 hours is better.
Limit to 1 or 0 caffieneted beverages.
Drinks lots of water.
little things that also help:
1) Park farther than normal to your destination.
2) Everytime you go into a store, walk a lap or snake the aisles before you shop
3) Take the stairs
4) Make sure you do enough cardio to sweat at least 3 times a week
5) If your body fat% is high, you can actually benefit quite a bit from a weight lifting regimine.

No problem, and another big thing that helps is too clear out the fridge and cupboards, that whole out of sight out of mind idea.
And also typically the fresher the food the better, you want stuff that was alive recently, less chance of preservitives which can really slow down your weight loss process.
