like, now im lifting 200lbs but i know for a fact i can dead more, its js, when i put down 200lbs, i struggle putting it down, but get it up ok... i need the technique alright when i put it down, i darnt chancing lift any more if i cant get it down properly, i already done my back in puttin down 200lbs. il try using them both equally though cheers.![]()
