Instead he keeps talking about money and crap that only rappers and kids are impressed with. In my opinion he screwed the pooch... The fight would have had just as much drama without him acting a fool. See he could have talked trash to ODH and said I'm gonna ko him, etc... But his interviews and all the other garbage just made him look like a clown. He was gonna be the bad guy in this fight no matter what, but he could have just been the bad guy in the ring, instead he made himself the bad guy all around. That's my opinion.....

And you can't pronounce yourself as being a legend and get respect. It's like some fool in high school making up his own nickname.... You just look like an ass even if it's a good nickname.
I think you're wrong.
If he came out all good and humble, there wouldn't even be a 24/7 show.
It'd just be another Oscar fight to those outside of boxing.
Which is a spectacle in it's own right, but not the huge machine it is now.
Where's the excitement in good guy vs. another good guy?
No, the world thrives on good guy vs. bad guy stories.
If Floyd wins now, he has a name for himself outside of boxing fans.
People will remember him as Floyd Mayweather.
Not just "another guy that Oscar fought".
Could he have gained more fans by being a good guy? Possibly.
But who would remember him outside of boxing after the fight?
He has notoriety now. Controversy sells.
People are gonna be wondering what he does after this fight now. They'll wanna know about his next fight whether they love or hate him.
