Oscar and Floyd are nothing more than hyped up fighters. Floyd was good at 130, and 135 but hasnt done a damn thing since entering 140. And Oscar is 1-4 in his last 5 fights. Nuff said. This fight was nothing but hype. And a battle between two of the most overrated fighters in history.

I was disgusted with De La Hoya's post fight comments. He basically belittled Floyd. He said "well I'm 34 and he's 30." Wow. Nobody really brought that up when you beat a past it Chavez and cracked out Pernell Whitaker. We gave you credit for those wins. What's the difference between the fight he fought and the fight Diego Corrales fought against Floyd? Oscar worked harder than Diego while Floyd was on the ropes but that's basically it. Nicely said. There is nothing worse than a fighter who clearly lost trying to make excuses for their showing without giving credit to the winner. Peter: Toney was the last time that turned me off. Im a huge Toney fan but it was awful having to hear him slur how he won the fight and didnt give Peter any credit. Its not cool.

I just didnt see that i feel bad for oscar he cant get a decision when it can go either way. lets go to the trinidad fight oscar dominated that fight, execpt for the last two rounds he did a mayweather (running around the ring) so the judges took the fight from him. Then they critized him for not pressing the fight in the last two rounds, but when mayweather does it he's a great figher. thats why boxing is not a top sport anymore, everyone rather watch ufc fights you cant run around the cage you have to fight. I just believe that you have to beat the champion decisevely to win and i just felt oscar was the one who pressed the fight and it should have been a draw. Remember oscar had'nt fought in three years and still gave mayweather all he could handle and should have keep his belt, it would have been better for a rematch, maybe this time it would have forced mayweather to fight more, i think he's scared to go toe to toe with power puncher maybe thats why he wont fight margarito.
