I dunno' I'm leaning a little towards Diaconu, I think he has what it takes to beat Hoye.
I'm trying to get a find some Hoye video/fights but I haven't found any...

I saw Hoye against Montell Griffin and didn't think he was all that impressive. This guy should beat him(even though I never heard of him) Hoye was knocked out by Clinton Woods right? And I don't think his jaw is that sturdy or his mental makeup can get him through a tough time as evidenced in the Montell Griffin fight(where Griffin was robbed in my opinion)

I wouldn't bet on Hoye anytime soon.
