After watching the fight I really wanted to believe De La Hoya won. I hate Floyd with a passion. His negative approach pisses me off. He will never knock anyone out at this weight because he is far more concerned with protecting his reputation.

That being said, as much as I hate the little bastard, I had it a draw until the final round which I gave to floyd, so in my book, he won. I much prefer agressive fighting, and I agree DLH was the only one making the fight, but as much as I hate his style and attitude, it works...so credit were credit's due.

I can't help thinking it was bad for boxing that he won though, because I think it would have boosted public morale if it had been proved he wasn't invincible. I really don't know who he'd lose to now.

Hes not invincible and he wont retire undefeated when its all said and done. Floyds ego is way too big to stop fighting now, but I think he will be very careful who he fights. Paul Williams and Shane Mosley would both beat him imo.

I think Paul is the type of fighter that could give Floyd trouble but i still think Floyd would beat him because of his ability to adapt to the fighter and make mid-bout adjustments. Maybe prime Shane could have taken him but i think Floyd is too much for Shane these days they would both be incredible fights though.
