    Ok hi everyone iam new to this site.

    iam 21 years old,and iam about 14 and a half stone,iam about 5,9

    basicaly iam overweight and need goog advice on how to losse about 2 stone.

    erm as far as boxing goes ive been into boxing for about 5 6 years love it but never been to a club,theres just none were i live,but i got a heavy bag and have been using this for along time i can unload my most powerfull shots with no props.must be good form or technique.i also do shadow boxing and iam about to start running 2 times a week.I have also sparred with friends and iam very confident.

    ok thanks very much plz give some comments

    oh also i have purchest a delux sauna suit ,it basicaly makes u sweat i use it for my bag work out but i was woundering how good they r and if i can go running in it cheers

    The sauna suits are really only good if you need to lose weight fast before a weigh-in. It sweats a lot of water out of your system, but as soon as you start re-hydrating the weight will come back. Best bet is choose a sensible diet and put a lot into your workouts. You will take the weight off and keep it off. Good luck and welcome.
