Mosley is older than Oscar. I also completely agree with Ted that he's past his prime. I don't think Mosley has a chance at this stage in his career. But even the Floyd-haters (and others) who would pick Mosley to win this will just turn around after Mayweather wins and say "so, what? he beat an old, past-it Mosley."

Standing alone, beating Mosley does not cement Mayweather's legacy.
