Wladimir punched himself out in that fight. It had little of anything to due with Wladimir's chin!Watch the fight!Wladimir will destroy Brewster this time!

He looks both tired, silly, and knocked silly. Plenty of fighters get gassed and don't get KO'd. Sure, he was gassed, but if he didn't have some chin issues, he would have been able survive and regroup. Stamina played into it, sure, but it ain't the whole story, like some people make it out to be. It was only the 5th freakin round. Yes, he's gassed, then he gets caught, then it's over. If the guy has a real chin, it would have taken a little more.Originally Posted by Lyle
This guy has been KO'd THREE times. How can you deny he has beard issues? I'll tell you why. Because if it's stamina, it can be corrected. If it's a beard, it's permanent, and people who are true believers in their fighters hope above all hope that their fighters will correct their obvious flaws. Many people want to believe that if Wlad corrects the stamina problems, something he can control, he will be unbeatable. Increased stamina will and has helped his chin, but that problem is still lurking out there. Deny if you want, but it's there.
# 1, lets all remember that brewster NEVER hrt him, he fell down from exaustion at the end of a round and couldnt get up
letter B, if brewster for some reason ended up with a W on paper vs big vladdy...
nothing good would come from it and all eyes would turn to the inevitable peter (vitali)klitschko fight to sacve rge save the do division
Bull. He was out on his feet after the left hook. His hands were low because he was tired, and that's probably why he got caught with the shot, but why did he "collapse from exhaustion" when he barely threw a punch that round? He was very, very, hurt.Originally Posted by SalTheButcher
Honestly watch the fight again.I have seen it more times so many times I lost count.Look at the end of round 4 when Brewster tackled Wladimir, Wladimir looked totally out of gas for some reason. He was dead tired at that point. In round 5 he took Brewsters best punches and didn't go down it was a standing 8 count! His chin never failed him it was his stamina and that is all it was.Originally Posted by SeanE
I probably haven't watched it as much as you, but I've watched it quite a few time. I never said that stamina was not a factor at all. Look at round 5, pre left hook, then post left hook. Pre-left hook = gassed, post left hook = gassed and hurt. End of round, gassed and knocked out. He needed the standing 8 because he was out on his feet. Credit to Wlad for not going down, but he guy was hurt bad. Fighters can go down and not be hurt, or they can hurt but still on their feet.Originally Posted by Klitschkofan
I like Wlad a lot, and I think he's the man right now at HW. Actually, I think his chin issues make him a more interesting fighter. It leaves an air of uncertainty around his fights. Makes things more interesting.
Sal, if all Vlad was doing was standing in the ring shadowboxing he would not have fallen from exhaustion. Brewster was doing something to make him exhausted.Originally Posted by SalTheButcher
....I'm surrounded by friggin idiots
Legend all Brewster did to make Wlad tired was get hit in the face....Lamon won ONE ROUND and it was because Wlad threw way too many punches in round 4.....perhaps you need to watch the video again.
SeanE....WHY was Wlad hurtBecause he couldn't keep his hands up OR move because he was tired.....I REST MY CASE
Anyways thise won't matter once Wlad blasts Lamon out of the ring
It doesn't matter, cuz Wlad is going to blow him out of the ring, I'm sure. I don't doubt that at all.Originally Posted by Lyle
Don't call me an idiot, man, when it seems like you haven't ready last posts clearly. You right, the only thing Brewster did make him tired was to get hit. Again, you are correct. I'm not denying that fatigue was a factor or that Wlad was dominating the fight. Fatigue is the reason his hands were low, but if you deny that Brewster made him pay for getting tired by beating the living crap out him, I think you are blinded by the love of your fighter. If choose to see the fight that way, fine, but to me, to my eyes, to an intelligent fan who watches A LOT of boxing, the guy was out on his feet and badly hurt.
I won't call you an idiot, because I know that you are not one, and you mostly say intelligent things on this forum. In this case, you are way off.
