I agree. He's gotten lucky 38 times in a row.

.....his hands YES.....all around probably not.

After watching the ODH-PBF replay I would love to see how Floyd would handle Miguel Cotto's power

Come on are you serious? He'd make Cotto look foolish. Anyone who gets outboxed by Oktay Urkal ain't gonna do shit to the pretty boy

True but Cotto is a guy who doesn't give a shit where he hits you, he KO'd Branco with a shot to the shoulder.

I think attacking PBF's body (chest and arms included) would really help beat his defense......then again I just want to see Miguel Cotto land a left hook on Floyd.

PBF would be too quick, but I can dream can't I? Shame there is no Tommy Hearns around to startch out this punk

I actually still believe the guys with the best chance to beat Floyd at welter are the likes of Margarito and Williams. Just their sheer size will cause him problems.

We all saw Oscar put pressure on Floyd early in a way we've not really seen before. Someone like Margarito or Williams might be able to follow that up more.

It's ironic, I feel Margarito will batter Williams into a bloody pulp, but Williams just because of his sheer length might represent one of the biggest challenges to Floyd.

I'm 95% sure that Floyd outboxes Cotto with ease, he would destroy Hatton. He'd be too quick for Mosely.

That leaves Williams and Margarito as the only real candidates to beat him, although I'd quite like to see how he would handle Kasim Ouma's relentless punches. Ouma would drop down to fight him I'm sure but no way in hell Floyd would ever take that fight as the money just wouldn't be there which is a shame as Kasim's workrate and proven chin and stamina would give Floyd a hard night's work.

Cotto was far from getting outboxed by Urkal. I'd love to see how Floyd could handle his pressure. Probably would be schooled, but like Lyle, I want to see that left hook and De La Hoya showed that some pressure with punches out and front can give Mayweather problems. And that is hope if nothing else for Miguel. I want to see the fight in about 1.5 - 2 years time when Cotto has some more polish.

I doubt he'd be too quick for Shane. Shane is a good solid fighter and he'd learn from Oscar's fight with PBF.....I doubt PBF takes that fight though.

Margarito is crap.....Williams is too big to be fighting at 147 anyways, once he moves up to 154 and 160 he'll have a lot more energy.

I think when Floyd first moved up to 140 Ricky may have had a chance but now he's used to the weight and his pressure wouldn't do much to Floyd, and besides Ricky gets cut easy.

I think a style more like Trinidad's would have been better....Tito wasn't one for moving well but man he could fight on the outside very well.....Winky Wright would be good against PBF too

Mayweather is very hard to hit.
I don't know if Cotto has enough speed to keep up with Mayweather.
Floyd did say he would like to fight Cotto.
He still puts down Margarito and says the numbers aint right for a Margarito/Mayweather Jr. fight. He also put down Shane Mosley, calling him a sparring partner.

I find this sort of strange because he said Cotto was chinny. Those were his exact words.
I wonder if he does fear Margarito and Mosley?
He is obviously picking the fighter he finds chinny as a possible challenge and yet I think Mosley would be a great fight. Floyd ain't dumb. There is something about Tony's style that does not sit right with Floyd. Hector Arroyo who is not that good, has a wild style and he gave Floyd a nice fight until the end of the 4th and into the 5th. Tony has never been knocked out.

....as I stated before his HEAD moves, his body stays put. Hit him on the arms and in the chest enough times and he won't like it.

He doesn't get missed by EVERYTHING

How can you even compare Cotto's power to Oscar's? Do people forget how hard Oscar hits?

.....well Oscar had a hard time getting off clean vs Floyd and the main reason was that he didn't use the jab and Floyd didn't throw the uppercut so ODH could counter with the left hook.

Cotto is on the rise and he may just hit harder than Oscar right now

And why on earth would Cotto have an easier time getting off against Floyd?? I just don't understand, I mean Oscar is clearly faster than Miguel.. Cotto still hasn't really fought anyone. If DLH fought almost anyone besides Floyd, let alone fought anyone who was of the calibre which Cotto has faced, he would have looked spectacular last week. Ricardo Mayorga is way better than anyone Cotto has fought for crying out loud. It's strange how quickly people will just hype up the next guy's chances.

for me cotto loses too mayweather just won't be able to keep up with PBF and he won't be able to hit him.

magarito would be beaten also it'd be arturo gatti all over again except maybe tony would last the distance cus he's a lot younger.

williams would be beaten he def needs to move up in weight.

sorry guys but them three fighters for me dnt cause PBF a problem in the ring for two reasons they won't be able to land enough on him and secondly floyd's handspeed would be at them all night.

tito would be interesting though and unless floyd is willing to go above 154 i don't think anyone can really beat him apart form maybe SSM.....but thats just my opinion
