He will shine bright when he takes on Ndou for his Ibf light welterweight title..
Should he win that..I think he will.. Thats when the big fights will come

Miguel cotto is great, His toughest test to come will be judah in june..
If he gets past judah..I tip him to have some great and BIG exciting fights.
I think he's more then an up and comer as of now though ..Hes a big name for sure..

I believe he's venezuelan!..
