I'm a big Floyd fan, but even I think he still has more to prove. Theres a lot of unfinished business out there for him. There's a potential showdown with Hatton - something that should have happened after the Gatti fight. There's Cotto. Sugar Shane Mosley is on a hot streak and would make for a great matchup. Floyd has the talent to go down as an all time great IMO, but retiring with unfinished business when you still have YEARS ahead of you is not the way to do it. ALl those guys I listed, Floyd can beat. He has the talent and the ability. He's at the peak of his popularity now due to the Oscar fight. Whether people love him or hate him, now everyone knows about him. He's a household name, and all eyes will be on him. This is the time for him to add to his legacy. If he cares at all about how he goes down in history of boxing, retiring is a big mistake IMO.
