Starr, I never said that Floyd's hand touching the canvas was not classifiable as a knockdown according to a set of rules and the little pawing jab was one of the many factors that made it happen... Like I said a knockdown to me is a concussive or paralysing punch to the head or body that floors a fighter because they are physically unable to conciously stand. My point was never to do with wether or not technically it should of been scored as this or that... just as a reminder to fan boys who need to stop chucking knock down around as if it even has the credibility to be called that... outside of sanctioning bodies and rule books we all know what a knock down really is... forgeting rules here if your going to say that thats what fans of boxing would call a knock down then it's been taking to such a watered down level that its not even the same word.
