This is slightly off topic but found last night before training lying on a tennis ball for 15 sec on each point in my back, upper pectorials, gluts and muscles under armpits (outer lats I think?) worked really well.
Did each trigger point three times and did stretch and push exercises with arms against wall in a few diff positions to stretch the lats and arms etc in between each round on the tennis ball.
Felt good! Got the idea of a sports med clinic went to a few days ago which had speakers talking about trigger point therapy. I recommend trying it although probably some of you have heard of it before and I'm just picking up on it late.![]()
