I just can't see the fighter who got battered by Woolcott for 13 rounds until he pulled out a knockout punch having any hope at all with some of the towering brilliant heavyweights that have come since.
Ali would have been too clever for him, Larry Holmes and Lennox Lewis would have just been too big, and would have punished him with their jabs for 12 rounds, he wouldn't go 15 with Lewis or Holmes no way.

I like Marciano he was a great fighter and brilliant to watch but he wouldn't have coped with the very best heavyweights of all time.
