A friend at my gym has been telling me forever that Kelly Pavlik is a much-avoided fighter. Now I see why; I'm an instant fan. Even though he chose to slug it out with Miranda, I did see flashes of technical know-how.

And although I still like Jermaine Taylor, he hasn't impressed me since he fought Raul Marquez. In that fight he showed a good ability to adapt, but I haven't seen that since.

It was hilarious to see Stewart going crazy as the fight progressed. With each passing round the level of profanity picked up a notch. I couldn't stop laughing ("he did what we said he was going to do; try to take the bulls***t championship").
