I think it is worth it because he is a top world class type fighter but if Floyd is looking to gain the public respect then Shane might not be the best choice. If he beats Shane people will say "He is too old and past his prime to be PBF". He might be better off fighting Maragrito, Paul Williams, or Cotto(if he beats Zab).
