I wish I could get as excited as you about this. RJJ was one of my favorites growing up and always will be, but he needs to just settle down and go to the Hall of Fame where great but shot fighters belong. This fight will probably, either not come off at all, as Jones will back out of it (again), or he will sadly just put on a dancing display to a lackluster decision; that, like against Tarver (who suddenly doesnt seem so unstoppable these days, no?) the third time, he might not even get.
I hope he does go thru with this fight and wins impressively, it would be great to have the real Roy Jones back for even one fight...but something tells me it was over for Jones...even long before I had to admit it to myself when I watched him on that show for retired athletes against normal guys... "Pro's VS Joe's". He looked like a retired athlete. Still gotta give him props for steppin up to fight a young undefeated guy...if he actually does it.
