You don't lose muscle in a week unless it's surgically removed. If you're talking about a serious difference in muscular ability (like you could bench press 300 and now you can only do 200) then you should see a doctor. But I suspect the difference probably isn't that great and in that case, it could be any number of things. What was your diet like that day? Did you do anything else earlier that might have stressed the muscles in question? Are you coming down with a cold? The flu?
Seriously, if it was a small step backward, it's probably nothing to worry about.
