Bones looked fairly good. He's only 32, he did some good work with the jab, he was a little more flatfooted this time out. He had really good timing, it wasn't really stellar opposition but I thought he looked good. By no means a contender yet, but a solid outing to build on. Fair play to Adams.

I dont know man this is pretty good, got Holm up 6 to 2 rounds...but Hallbeck seems to be comin on, shes got a good chin.Sparring with Nate probably helped.
