I use the word 'dude' as well ! It's a california Surfers word yet i use it all the time !

I have little phrases , ' go forth and do one' is my favourtie and for some reason ( think i got it from the Simpsons ) i say ' i live to give ' although now it has become ' thou liveth to giveth' people around me have even adopted it !

Also ' thats how we roll baby ' - started off as a pisstake of Jack Black but has just burrowed it's way into my everyday vocabulary , again everybody around me says it,even the girls in the office will tell me to come over to look at a monitor and then point at it and say ' this is how we roll baby ' it's funny as fuck but i suppose you have to be there .
