He may very well do so, and it would be the kick up arse that the division needs....Taylor has let things stagnate somewhat at the top as of late...Originally Posted by TYSONBRUNO

No, and please lets stop talking about him. I want him to surprise his next victim as well.
Pavlik is still unproven but honestly right now Jermain Taylor is JUST as unproven.
It is entirely possible I think that Jermain Taylor may be the next Antonio Tarver, twice dethroned an old legend but when faced with a tough, hardworking, big puncher like Pavlik he may very well just tamely surrender his title without a fight just like Tarver did against Hopkins.
He hasn't looked impressive in a while and the jury has to be out on him still.
Pavlik is a decent fighter...although i feel he gets hit way too much. He's always been a pretty good fighter but i don't see how he's getting so much credit all of the sudden for beating miranda. Miranda has a ton of flaws imo, the credit pavlik is getting now i think he should have been getting for awhile....it's like some here have said he's quiet not real flashy so he's been looked past....

I think Kelly Pavlik is not just "The Ghost",.. he's for real!
I've only seen two of Pavlik's fight, the Zertuche one and the Miranda one, but one thing I think gets overlooked is how well Pavlik works the body. I mean, in the Miranda fight (I was cheering for Miranda), he absolutely punished Edison's body in the early going, and that, at least as much as making weight, probably took the steam out of Miranda.
Israel Vasquez's is more impressive than that, 58-0 58 knockouts.Originally Posted by LegendBoxing65
