I just went to google.com and typed in healthy eating habits and it came up with all sorts of things. A lot easier than having to wait for one of these guys to tell you what you need (and btw no offense to adam and alex and everyone ). And just incase nobody ever says this, I really appreciate all you guys do answering everyones questions.

Busy at the mo, I'll type a tiny bit for you soon. problem with google is that half the sites it points you too just want your money... you type in healthy eating and you won't get it... you'll get loads of atkins websites... 1500 calorie diets and other fad diets etc...

There's been loads of research regarding the best diets for optimal performance, but a lot of these findings are seriously flawed. There isn't a definitive answer to this question. The best advice I can give you is to eat a balanced diet. Assuming you're normal, at 15 your metabolism will be fast, so snack on fruit and plenty of water between meals.

You have a BMI (body mass index) of 20.2 which is fine while you're growing and you have an athletic build. You won't be hanging around the welterweights for long, all things considered, so don't try to control your natural growth.

Top tips : refuel your muscles with a mix of glucose powder and fructose powder and some salt diluted in water (it'll save you a fortune in the long run);take in amino acids within 1 hour of hard exercise e.g. protein shake or even better, a turkey sandwich.

    Good luck and train hard.
