    Default KOSTYA!

Went to a book shop today an purchased this binder that had a DVD and Book by Kostya Tszyu. I have read the first two chapters already and have to say it its truly something amazing.
The mentality, respect and honesty of this man, is something different. I had alot of respect for Tszyu in the past and now it's got even greater.

    He truly is a legend.

If any of you get a chance to read any books by him, he has a few, I suggest you do. I believe you'll be inspired and intrigued.

Yeah. Well they had this Tszyu book right at the entrance on sale. I went to the Parramatta Westfields store. I think all stores would have the sale too though, great buy.

I used to train at Burwood with two great trainers. Sonny and Bill Kearney. Father and Son team. I give them both my credit for my performances.
Nowdays I train at home. I'm moving up to the central coast very soon due to work. Gosford area most likely.
I will have to look into boxing gyms up there anyway for myself so I'll get onto that today and will let you know what ones I find.

Yeah buddy, I know of Toukley, my old man lives in Gorokan, near Wyong leagues club. I found a few 'gyms' around you. You will have to ring around and inquire if they have or know of boxing facilities.

    Gorokan:
Lake Haven Recreation Centre & Health Club
    Phone 02 4392 7474

    Norah Head Water Fitness Centre
    Phone 02 4397 1282

    Workit Fitness
    Phone 02 4392 5536

    Budgewoi:
    BodyBeat Fitness Centre
    Phone 02 4390 9998

Also, you can ask the local PCYCs if boxing is offered there. I started in a PCYC and I tell you the truth, they are the best. They are alot cheaper then normal gyms and I was lucky that Burwood PCYC had two great trainers.
Look up a guy named Matthew Corbett, he is well-known in the Australian boxing world right now. He was trained by the same two men that trained me, at the same gym...a PCYC.

    Local PCYCs:
    Bateau Bay
The Entrance Road, Bateau Bay, NSW, 2166
    Ph: 02 4332 7000
