Tarver should put his money where his mouth is and push for a rematch. If he was drugged and can perform so much better he should be calling for this. I think he couldn't work out Hopkins or underprepared thinking Hopkins was the smaller guy. Plus wasn't he about to start filming Rocky. Maybe he was thinking about becoming an A-lister
