When the big networks like HBO and Showtime pass on a fight, the promoters don't have much of a choice except to put it on PPV.

Pea's right. For the money, it's either PPV with an awful commentary team or off tv.

Briggs Vs. Mercer was PPV. I paid to watch it too...

Seminole Warriors has a lot of these low budget PPV's.

How is the production and annouce team for their pay per views?

Not great. Did you get to see Valuev Vs. Chagaev? It was along those lines.

The production value is along the lines of ESPN2 and not at all like HBO. Nothing crisp about the picture quality. Think access cable.

I wouldn't let it keep me from ordering it. If you want to see Briggs fight then you should order it without a doubt.
