I used to strentgh train and it get pretty strenuous. With my back screwed up like it is I have lost a lot of mass and I'm turning into quite the twerp. A wormy looking man, I am, I am.

How does Briggs maintain his size in the gym if he can't breathe properly?

he's just power lifting.....doesn't take much endurance.....I've watched Bodybuilders get winded from friggin arm curls!!! arm curls!! are you kidding me!!!

His personal trainer apparently is brilliant aswell, "steven roid" he is well known in the body building game

Putting Briggs' cockiness aside, he has accomplished an incredible amount in his career considering his severe asthma (which I heard he has to take 7 different medications a day for). That really is spectacular.
