How good is this Rivera guy i have never actually seen him so if anyone can comment on him thanks.

Rivera is good...but only on a second or third tier level.

Judah stopped him in three rounds...prior to the stoppage he was pretty much outclassed...so maybe you can gauge him on how you view Judah.
