Rivera is good...but only on a second or third tier level.

Judah stopped him in three rounds...prior to the stoppage he was pretty much outclassed...so maybe you can gauge him on how you view Judah.
Judah was awesome on "that night" from what i hear because Rivera said he'd spank him and send him to his daddy

Judah made him look like nothing but he IS a gatekeeper for potential stars. And made it tough for everyone he's faced except Judah
