Paris needs what some kid got about 10 years ago. A good caning. He vandalized some cars or something while his dad was stationed somewhere overseas. It was a big deal on the news about whether this was cruel to do to an American. They whooped his ass anyway.

I saw this documentary these african tribes would stick fight with these 10 foot long sticks. I think they called them a "shalaylay"
