If Cotto should happen to lose, their is a rematch clause.

Judah has to win or he will be stuck fighting on ESPN2 lol

He will not be taken all that serious if he loses again.

Cotto's stock will not drop all that much and I am sure Cotto can pick himself up if he happens to lose. Losing once is not all that bad. It's really no big deal.
I don't see Cotto losing to Judah but shiet happens.
